The serviced residence is accessible from either Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Raja Chulan. The building is located adjacent to Plaza See Hoy Chan, Menara Boustead, Wisma Goldhill, Hotel Istana and within the premier residential area of Bukit Ceylon. If you are arriving by KL Monorel trains, the Raja Chulan monorail station is the closest to the serviced residence, from which you can disembark onto Jalan Raja Chulan and make a downhill left turn right before Menara Boustead. Taxis from KLCC or Bukit Bintang may take twenty and ten minutes, respectively, depending on the traffic condition.

DESCRIPTION:
Somerset Seri Bukit Ceylon is housed in a towering condominium building inside the precinct of Bukit Ceylon, which is a highly acclaimed residential district for the rich and famous. The serviced residence takes on the 4th-12th floors of the condominium building, with a highly-distinguished and well-securitised reception area located on the ground floor. Entrance into the lobby floor shall require electronic access card which effectively ensures privacy and security for its patrons. The lobby is done is a modern albeit minimalist design which seems appealing to first-time visitors, with a featured reception desk sits at the centre fronting a number of lounging chairs.

96 serviced residences of either studio, one- or two-bedroom configurations are available at Somerset Seri Bukit Ceylon. In general, each residence is equipped with broadband internet access, home entertainment centre consisting of colour TV, DVD player, stereo, etc, IDD telephone, writing desk, hair dryer, electronic safe, washing machine, fully functional kitchen that comes with refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, cooker hood and hob, utensils and dining wares. The seven residential types available for short and long term rentals are Studio Executive (built-up 584 sq ft), Studio Premier (591 sq ft), 1-bedroom Executive (640 sq ft), 1-bedroom Premier (730 sq ft) and three variants of 2-bedroom units such as 2-bedroom Deluxe (937 sq ft), 2-bedroom Executive (1,118 sq ft) and 2-bedroom Premier (1,260 sq ft).

Both Studio Executive and Studio Premier have an almost identical built-up size and feature an ensuite bathroom, with the latter having a bath tub thrown in to differentiate between these two Studio types. Both are also equipped with a king-size bed and a typically spacious living area featuring contemporary furniture and fittings. Meanwhile, the 2-bedroom Deluxe, Executive and Premier are the three biggest rental units available at the serviced residence. There are various bedding configurations for the master and the second bedrooms which should cater for different groups. Each of the master bedrooms is equipped with a king-size bed while the second bedroom is fitted with choices of one queen-size bed or two single beds. The kitchen is adequately spaced with modern cooking appliances as well as a dining table that can fit in a big party. Overall, the room selections are decent and appealing to business travellers and vacationing families alike. The interior designs and arrangements are also plush, homely and partial towards contemporary style of living.

Guest facilities at the serviced residence are rather limited. There is a medium-sized swimming pool on the 4th floor and its usage is shared together with the building's residents. Adjacent to the swimming pool is a well-equipped gymnasium which is also a shared facility. As for food and beverages, there is a small cafe called Soires located at the pool area and only serves basic meals from 700am to 10pm. That being said, guests can definitely opt to cook in their residence units as the kitchens are adequately equipped.
