LOCATION: Along the Kundasang - Ranau main road, about 5 km after Kundasang town.
DESCRIPTION: One could easily mistake this resort for something similar in the Alpine countries. Pine trees are everywhere. But that's not the main attraction here. Rather, there is a specially dedicated gazebo here for Mt Kinabalu viewing and the view is simply breathtaking.
The resort surrounding is well-landscaped with not only pine trees, but also local plants, especially the signature fern trees synonymous to this highland area.
The resort mainly consist of white-painted timber buildings, perched on top of a hill. Everywhere you go, your eyes may eventually set on the amazing view of the mountain, which usually disappear under the thick clouds after 10am in the morning.
